Grande manifesto disegnato da Guy Hallart pubblicato come campagna pubblicitaria per promuovere il turismo nella regione Nord-Pas de Calais. La ricca rappresentazione geo-pittorica mostra attraverso centinaia di vignette le caratteristiche produttive e naturali del territorio, gli avvenimenti storici, i diversi monumenti e le attività ricreative che si possono svolgere nell’area. Pubblicata nel 1985 dal Conseil Régional du Nord presso L’Imprimerie d’Haussy. La regione era composta da 2 dipartimenti: Nord e Passo di Calais ma dal gennaio 2016 è stata unito alla Piccardia per formare la nuova regione Alta Francia.
