China South East Coast

A very large US Army and Naval map of the south east coast of China, published during the second world war. Map extent is from Kweichow Province in the west, to Kwangsi Province and French Indo China in the south, to Fukien Province in the east, to Szechwan and Anhwei Provinces in the north.
The islands of Hainan and Formosa and the very northern tip of Luzon in the Philippines are also shown. The right side of the map comprises a set of 6 inset plans of: Shanghai, Wenchow, Foochow, Swatow, Canton and Hong Kong. Map detail is chiefly restricted to towns, cities, rivers, lakes, major highways and roads.
